\nRole Description:
\nWe are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Production Execution Consultant to lead the implementation,
\nconfiguration, and optimization of manufacturing processes. You will bridge the gap between
\nbusiness requirements and technical solutions, ensuring efficient shop floor operations.
\n \nMinimum Requirements:
\n- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP PP/Production Execution implementation
\nexperience.
\n- S/4HANA Expertise: At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
\n- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of MRP Live, production order execution, shop floor
\ncontrols, and capacity planning.
\n- Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration points with MM, WM/EWM, and
\nQM modules.
\n- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related
\nfield.
\n \nPreferred Requirements:
\n- SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Manufacturing certification.
\n- Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) or SAP MII.
\n- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and Fiori application customization.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- System Configuration: Design and configure SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning) and
\nProduction Execution modules.
\n- Process Optimization: Streamline manufacturing processes including discrete, process, or
\nrepetitive manufacturing.
\n- Shop Floor Integration: Connect SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and
\nsupervisory control data systems.
\n- Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements
\nand map them to SAP best practices.
\n- Data Migration: Manage the migration of production master data including Bills of Materials
\n(BOMs), routings, and work centers.
\n- Testing & Validation: Standardize, execute, and document unit testing, integration testing, and
\nuser acceptance testing (UAT).
\n- Training & Support: Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
