Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group . This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
• Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions
• Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
  • Employment discrimination , workplace privacy , and EEOC/DOL matters
  • Wage and hour claims , statutory or common law privacy issues
  • Products liability and consumer fraud disputes
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues

Key Responsibilities

• Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases , with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions
• Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation , from discovery to trial
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions
• Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively
